In the case of a property purchase, the fees are a commission including VAT calculated on the net selling price: the percentage of this commission varies from 3 to 5% according to the property value and the specificity of the assignment.

In the case of a property leasing, the fees are equal to 1 or 2 months of net rent (excluding charges) according to the property value and the specificity of the assignment.

In any case, the fees are subject to a quotation before the signature of the purchase mandate and will be paid only if the mission succeeds !
